【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationdescribesdataelementsandschemaforanarchiveddatamanagementsystemforintelligenttransportationsystem(ITS)-generatedtrafficmonitoringdata,includingconventionaltrafficmonitoringdata,datacollecteddirectlyfromITSsystems,andtravel-timedatafromprobevehicles.Itestablishesthenamesofthedataelements,theirinterrelationships,andtheirproceduraldefinitions.Theseproceduraldefinitionsincludedatacollectioninstrumentationandmethodologyaswellasrecommendedproceduresforcalculatingtrafficstatistics.1.2Thisspecificationisintendedforprimaryusebyarchiveddatamanagementsystem(ADMS)developersandadministrators.ItalsocanbeusedbytrafficoperationsandplanningstakeholderswhoneedtounderstandthecontentsoftheADMS.ITSsystemsexistacrossavarietyofgovernmentallevels,andthedataarchivedinsuchasystemwouldbeavailabletoalllevelsofgovernmentandtheprivatesector,makingthisspecificationapplicabletoalllevelsofgovernmentandtheprivatesector.1.3ManyusersmightwishtodevelopintegratedarchivedtrafficdatamanagementsystemsthatincludebothITS-generateddataanddatacollectedfromconventionaltraffic-monitoringprograms.Thelatteruserequiresasupersetofdataelementstomeetthearticulatednatureofaconventionaltraffic-monitoringprogram.ThisspecificationwilldescribeabasicsetofdataelementsapplicabletoITS-generatedtrafficdataandtheadditionaldataelementsrequiredforconventionaltraffic-monitoringprograms.Inthefollowingdiscussion,thespecificationforthesystemforITS-generateddatawillbereferredtoasthex201C;basicsystem,x201D;andtheoneforITSplusconventionaltraffic-monitoringdatawillbedenotedthex201C;extendedsystem.x201D;Travel-timedatafromprobevehiclesarestoredinseparatetablesthatcanbelinkedthroughtheroadwaylinkidentifiers.1.4ThisspecificationisapplicabletotrafficdatacollectedbyITSandstoredinanADMS.Similarly,thisspecificationalsocanbeusedwithothertypesofhistoricalandmonitoredtrafficdatacollectedandstoredinanADMS,includingtravel-timedatafromprobevehicles.1.5Theapplicationsofx201C;near-real-timex201D;trafficdata,suchasanautomatedtransitinformationsystem(ATIS),arenotaddressedinthisspecification.Inmanycases,trafficdatatobearchivedwillbeprovidedbyareal-timesystem,butthesesystemsareconsidereddatasourcesratherthandatarepositories.1.6Thisspecificationspecifiesalogicaldatastructureforanarchivedtrafficdatamanagementsystem.1.7Metadatarequirementsarespecifiedforthesesystems.Actualmetadataareprovidedfortheelementsdefinedinthisspecification.Placeholdersareincludedforthemetadataelementsthatarespecifictoagiveninstallation.AllmetadataspecificationsfollowtherequirementsofPracticeE2468.1.8Thisspecificationassumestheexistenceofquality-checkeddata.Thequalitycheckstobeappliedshouldbe,ataminimum,thosespecifiedintheAASHTOGuidelinesforTrafficDataPrograms(1),whereapplicable.AsqualitychecksaredevelopedforITS-generatedtrafficdata,theyshouldbeused.Allchecksusedshouldbespecifiedinthemetadataforthearchive.1.9Thesummarystatisticsstoredinthearchiveareassumedtohavebeencalculatedinastandardwaybythesoftwarethatx201C;feedsx201D;thearch......
