本标准与GB/T 11760-1989的主要技术差异为：
——将标准名称改为《裸大麦》；
——修改了标准的适用范围；
——取消了分类；
——对质量要求中的不完善指标作了修改；
——增加了检验规则；
——增加了有关标签标识的规定。
