【摘要】:Thisguideprovidesguidelinesandbasictestmethodsfortheuseofinfraredthermometers.ThepurposeofthisguideistoprovideabasisforusersofIRthermometerstomakemoreaccuratemeasurements,tounderstandtheerrorinmeasurementsandreducetheerrorinmeasurements.1.1Thisguidecoverselectronicinstrumentsintendedformeasurementoftemperaturebydetectingintensityofthermalradiationexchangedbetweenthesubjectofmeasurementandthesensor.1.2ThedevicescoveredbythisguidearereferredtoasIRthermometers.1.3TheIRthermometerscoveredinthisguideareinstrumentsthatareintendedtomeasuretemperaturesbelow1000x00B0;Candmeasureawidebandofthermalradiationintheinfraredregion.1.4ThisguidecoversbestpracticeinusingIRthermometers.Itaddressesconcernsthatwillhelptheusermakebettermeasurements.Italsoprovidesgraphicaltablestohelpdeterminetheaccuracyofmeasurements.1.5DetailsonthedesignandconstructionofIRthermometersarenotcoveredinthisguide.1.6Thisguidedoesnotcovermedium-andhigh-temperatureIRthermometry(above1000x00B0;C).ItdoesnotaddresstheuseofnarrowbandIRthermometers.1.7ThevaluesofquantitiesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.ThevaluesofquantitiesinparenthesesarenotinSIandareoptional.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
