【摘要】:Thismethodisfordeterminingtraceconcentrationsofcopper(Cu),iron(Fe),nickel(Ni),potassium(K),sodium(Na),andvanadium(V)byAtomicAbsorptionSpectrophotometry(AAS).Itcanbeappliedtopetroleumproductssuchascrudeoils,gasolines,kerosenes,dieselfuels,andresidues,orvariedorganicmixtures(includingnitroanilines,amines,chlorobenzenes,phenolsandotherrelatedmaterials)producedorusedinchemicalmanufacturing.Therangeofquantitationisfrom0.5to100mg/kg(mass-ppm).Inadditiontotheelementslistedabove,aluminum(Al),calcium(Ca),cobalt(Co),chromium(Cr),magnesium(Mg),manganese(Mn),palladium(Pd),platinum(Pt),andzinc(Zn)mayalsobeanalyzedbyAASusingthetechniquesdescribedherein;buttheseelementshavenotbeenevaluatedforsensitivityorrepeatability.Also,lead(Pb),molybdenum(Mo),phosphorus(P),andtin(Sn)maybeanalyzedbyGraphiteFurnace-AtomicAbsorptionSpectrophotometry(GF-AAS),whichisoutsidethescopeofthismethod.Alternatively,theelementslistedabovemaybeanalyzedbyInductivelyCoupledPlasma-OpticalEmmissionSpectrophotometry(ICP-OES).SeeUOPMethod389,"TraceMetalsinOrganicsbyWetAshing-ICP-OES,"forspecificmetalsandtheirrangeofquantitation.
