【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdescribesamethodfordeterminingthewetroadskidresistanceofasurfacebymeasurementofthesidewayforcecoefficientSFCS.Themethodprovidesameasureofthewet-roadskidresistancepropertiesofaboundsurfacebymeasurementofsideway-forcecoefficientatacontrolledspeed.Themethodhasbeendevelopedforuseonroadsbutisalsoapplicabletootherpavedareassuchasairportrunways.ThisTechnicalSpecificationcoverstheoperationoftheSidewayforceCoefficientRoutineInvestigationMachineSCRIM.Thisisadevicedevelopedbythe"TransportResearchLaboratoryintheUnitedKingdom"thatusesthesideforceprincipletomakeroutinemeasurementsofskidresistancecontinuouslyonlonglengthsofroad.SCRIMtestequipmenthasbeenbuiltontoanumberofdifferentvehiclechassisandfunctionsindependentlyofvehiclechoice.AmachineconformingtothegeneralcharacteristicsoftheSCRIMdesignedbytheTransportResearchLaboratoryandthespecificprovisionsofthisTechnicalSpecificationmayalsobeusedforthetests.Theskidresistanceofapavementisdeterminedbyfrictionmeasurementsandmeasurementsofpavementtexture.WheremeasurementofpavementtextureisrequiredthestandardforthismeasurementandthedeviceisdescribedinENISO13473-1.

本标准规定了数传电台（工作频率为25～1000Hz，发射机射频输出功率不大于50W，采用二进制串行数据接口的窄带调频制单路无线电数传机）的要求、试验方法和检验规则，以及标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存等。本标准适用于供地面、内河或沿海作专用数据通信网（如遥测、遥信、遥调系统等）使用的数传电台。其也有关无线电数据通信设备亦可参照执行。
