【摘要】:1GeneralThisdocumentidentifiesthesignificanthazards(see4)intheuseofallsizesofHPbyfirefightingandrescueservices,onthebasisthattheyaresuppliedinacompleteform,testedandreadyforuse,andgivesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardsandfortheuseofsafeworkingpractices.NOTETheprinciplesofthisstandardhavebeenusedforHPsrangingfromthesmallestuptoworkingheightsexceeding70m,andareexpectedtobeapplicabletoallforeseeabledevelopmentsofHPsforFireServices.ThisdocumentdealswithHPs,thebaseofwhichisnormallyamotorvehicle,butcanalsobestaticorfixed,ormobileintheformof:—atrailerorde-mountableunit—anyothertypeofself-propelledvehicleForvehiclemountedHPsthisdocumentisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1846-2,Firefightingandrescueservicevehicles—Part2:Commonrequirements—Safetyandperformance.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoHPswhichweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.2Thisdocumentisapplicabletothestructuraldesigncalculationsandstabilitycriteria,constructionaldetailsandtestsofHPs,andgivesguidanceontheintendedlifelimitsforHPs(see5.2.5.2.2).NOTEThisdocumentmayalsobeusedformachinessimilartoHPsequippedwithmonitors,surveillanceorotherequipmentforfirefightingusebutnotintendedforliftingpersons.3Thisdocumentdoesnotspecifythespecialrequirementsfor:—HPsoperatedbyprogrammableelectronicsystemsand/orradiowhichdonotrelyoncables;—useinundergroundwork(mines);—useinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;—theuseofpneumaticcylinderstooperateloadcarryingcomponents.4ClassificationHPsaredividedintotwomaintypes:TypeA:HPswheretheverticalprojectionofthecentreofgravityoftheloadisalwaysinsidethetippinglines.TypeB:HPswheretheverticalprojectionofthecentreofgravityoftheloadmaybeoutsidethetippinglines.HPsarefurtherdividedintothreegroupsrelatedtotravelling:Group1:TravellingisonlyallowedwiththeHPinitstransportposition.Group2:Travellingwithraisedplatformiscontrolledonlyfromapointofcontrolatthechassis.Group3:(Self-propelled)Travellingwithraisedplatformiscontrolledfromapointofcontrolattheplatform.
