【摘要】:Autogenousstrainistheself-createdbulkstrainofcementpaste,mortar,orconcreteduringhardeningatconstanttemperature.Inconventionalconcrete,autogenousshrinkagestrainisgenerallynegligible,butinconcretewithlowwater-cementitiousmaterialsratio(w/cm)orwithsilicafumeitmaybeconsiderable(1).Restraintoftheautogenousstrainbyaggregatesoradjoiningstructuralmembersmayresultinformationofmicroandmacrocracksthatimpairstrength,durabilityandaesthetics.Cracksmayalsobeaproblemwithregardtohygieniccleaningofsurfaces.Anaccuratemeasurementoftheautogenousstrainofcementitiousmixtureswithloww/cmisimportantforevaluatingtheriskofearly-agecrackingofconcretestructures.Measurementsofautogenousstrainhavebeencarriedoutusingeithervolumetricorlinearmethods.Bothmethodsmayshowevidenceofsignificantartifacts(1);therefore,resultsofthetwomethodsmaydisagreeconsiderablyifnotcarriedoutproperly.Asealed,flexiblecorrugatedmoldsystem(2)combinestheadvantagesoflinearandvolumetricmeasurementofautogenousstrain,whileavoidingmostoftheirdisadvantages.Themoldeffectivelypreventsmoisturelossandminimizesrestrainttovolumechangeduringhardening.Moreover,resultsobtainedwiththecorrugatedmoldsystemagreewiththosefromthevolumetricmethod,oncesomeartifacts,inparticularwaterabsorptionthroughthemembraneusedtocontainthetestspecimen,havebeeneliminatedinthelatter(3,4).Thecorrugatedmoldsystemiseasiertouseandshowsbetterrepeatabilitythanthevolumetrictechnique(3,4).MeasurementswiththecorrugatedmoldsystemareingoodagreementwithunrestrainedlengthchangemeasurementsobtainedusingTestMethodC157/C157Mwithsealedspecimens(5);however,TestMethodC157/C157Mdoesnotallowmeasurementoftheshrinkageoccurringbefore24h(5).Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectsofcementitiousmaterials,admixtures,andmixtureproportionsonautogenousshrinkagestrainofpasteormortarspecimens.Theautogenousshrinkagestrainofmortarspecimenswillbelessthanthatofpastespecimensforthesamew/cm.Theautogenousshrinkagestrainofconcretewillbelessthanthatofmortarforthesamew/cm.Thenominalmaximumaggregatesizeformortarusedinthistestmethodis4.75mm.1.1Thistestmethodmeasuresthebulkstrainofasealedcementpasteormortarspecimen,includingthosecontainingadmixtures,varioussupplementarycementitiousmaterials(SCM),andotherfinematerials,atconstanttemperatureandnotsubjectedtoexternalforces,fromthetimeoffinalsettinguntilaspecifiedage.Thisstrainisknownasautogenousstrain.Autogenousstrainismostsignificantinconcretewithlowwater-cementitiousmaterialsratio(w/cm)(SeeNote1).Note18212;Alowwater-cementitiousmaterialsratio(w/cm)canbeconsideredtobeawatertocementratioof0.40orlowerforthistest.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthe......
