【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisdesignedtoconfirm,viaanumberingsystemandregistrationprocedure,theidentitiesofboththehealthcareapplicationproviderandthehealthcardholderinorderthatinformationmaybeexchangedbyusingcardsissuedforhealthcareservice.ThisInternationalStandardfocusesonthemachine-readablecardsofID-1typedefinedinISO/IEC7810thatareissuedforhealthcareservicesprovidedinaserviceareathatcrossesthenationalbordersoftwoormorecountries/areas.ThisInternationalStandardappliestohealthcaredatacardswheretheissuerandtheapplicationproviderarethesameparty.ThisInternationalStandardappliesdirectly,orrefers,toexistingISOstandardsforphysicalcharacteristicsandrecordingtechniques.Securityissuesfollowtherequirementsofeachhealthcaredatacardsystem.Inaddition,thisInternationalStandardregulatesthevisualinformationwrittenonthehealthcaredatacard.
