【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversnonrigidvinylchloridepolymerandcopolymerclassesinwhichtheresinportionofthecompositioncontainsatleast90%vinylchloride.Theremaining10%mayincludeoneormoremonomerscopolymerizedwithvinylchlorideorconsistofotherresinsmechanicallyblendedwithpolyvinylchlorideorcopolymersthereof.1.2Thesenonrigidvinylcompoundsaredefinedbyahardnessrangeandincludethenecessarystabilizers,plasticizers,fillers,dyes,andpigmentstomeetthedesignatedrequirements.1.3Thisspecificationincludesnonrigidvinylchloridecompoundsrecommendedforcompressionmolding,injectionmolding,andextrusion,butitmustberecognizedthatparticularcompoundsmaynotbesuitableforallthesemeansoffabrication.Note1--Thisstandardissimilarincontent,butnottechnicallyequivalenttoISO2898-1:1986andISO2898-2:1989.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.5Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisspecification.1.6RecyclePVCplasticsmeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationmaybeusedinsomeapplications.RefertothespecificrequirementsintheMaterialsandManufacturesectionoftheapplicableproductstandard.
